Do rapid test results hold up in court?

Rapid Drug tests provide only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternate chemical must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical result – Gas Chromatography (Mass Spectrometry) (GC/MS) is the preferred confirmatory method. Any result taken to court, must be confirmed by a SAMHSA certifed lab.
