PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Products sold by Rapid Detect INC have expiration dates, and therefore internal sell-by dates must be maintained to insure best product availability to all our customers. Due to these expiration dates failure to accept delivery or failure to provide an accurate deliverable address does not constitute good-reason fro charge back of purchases and/or refund of purchase price. If a customer fails to provide an accurate deliverable address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping chargers to have product sent to the proper address. This may include any charges that Rapid Detect INC incurs due to having the product returned to us.

Return Policy

For drug and alcohol testing products, all sales are final:

Drug and alcohol testing devices are regulated by the FDA. Because drug and alcohol testing devices require specific storage requirements, we cannot validate the product once it leaves our warehouse. Therefore, drug and alcohol testing products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.For other products that are not temperature sensitive: to start a return call our office toll-free at 1-888-404-0020.

If a return is permitted, there will be a restocking fee of 25%.

Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply if you are returning because of an RDI error. Such as an incorrect product was shipped, or the item is defective and arrived in a non-working order.

Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts.

Receiving RDI Products

Please do not write on the product box. Once there is writing on the product box it can no longer be returned to inventory for resale.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
Acceptance of the return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier. If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.

Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment. All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge if accepted. For any questions about a return, please contact our customer service department toll-free at 888-404-0020.

Defective Product
Clients wishing to return open/used products, due to claims of defective tests or what the client deems as false positive tests, must be returned at cost of the client. Once the tests are received, they will be sent to the manufacturer’s quality assurance department to be tested.

To help us assist you: provide pictures of the test result window on the device including: test strips, temperature strip, and urine specimen. A picture of the product box label: displaying the Item & lot number. Your images should be as clear as possible. The manufacturer will want to receive copies of the laboratory confirmation and a brief description from you, as to why the test is not working probably.

After this, if the quality assurance department determines that the tests are working properly, no refund will be provided. The client then has the option to pay for shipping to have the tests returned. If the tests are not in proper working order an exchange will be made for the returned tests.
NOTE: False positives can be a result of both prescription, over counter medications, certain foods and drinks that the donor maybe taking/ingesting. Please refer to our Cross-Reaction Reference Guide to see potential cross reactions.

Incorrect Product
Shortages, damaged goods or other problems pertaining to shipments received must be reported to Rapid Detect INC within 5 calendar days of client receiving the product. Any errors after that will not be considered valid. Please inspect all orders before using any devices, if any products are used before determining you have received an incorrect product, all claims become invalid immediately. Please report all errors or information on damaged good to concerns@rapiddetect.com.

Return Request Instructions
To request a return, client must follow the correct procedure. Contact Rapid Detect INC customer support by phone or e-mail and request a Return Authorization Number. Provide us with the Original Order Number and Date of Purchase and the item(s) that you would like to return. A Return Materials Authorization Number will be assigned to your return. Return the product(s) postage paid. (Please insure your items). NOTE: Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. Rapid Detect INC cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned Return Authorization Number.
