RDI offers Same Day Shipping, Monday through Friday with a daily cut-off time of 1 PM Central Standard Time. If you are requesting “Next Day Air” order must be made before 1 PM (CST). Any orders for “Next Day Air” placed on a Friday will be delivered on the next business day.
RDI is closed on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Good Friday (Easter), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve. RDI could be closed on the day before or the day after a holiday. If you place an order on the weekend, our staff will ship the following business day. If you place an order on a holiday that RDI is closed on, your order will be shipped the following business day.
* The Products listed below are NOT guaranteed to ship within 24 hours with UPS Ground. These products ship within 48 hours with UPS Ground. (Only UPS Ground is affected by this, if you use another shipping option, for example, 2 or 3 day select or next day air it will ship within 24 hours.)
