Same Day Shipping Cut-Off Times: Get your order in before the daily cut-off
- Monday – Friday (1 PM) CST
We make every attempt to push your order out as late as possible after the cut-off time period but are not always successful.
RDI is located in the Central Standard Time Zone, so keep that in mind when you order. We strive to process and ship your order the same day that it is received and have a great track record of doing so, but the following are possible reasons why an order might be delayed.
- Order Cut-off time Monday through Friday is 1:00 PM CST: If your order comes in after the cut-off it might not ship until the next business day.
- If you place an order on the weekend, our staff will ship your order on the next business day.
- If you place an order on a holiday that RDI is closed on, the order will be shipped the next business day that we are in the office.
Our Business is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday (Easter), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve. RDI could be closed on the day before or the day after a holiday.
