How do I return an item?

Should you need to return merchandise please notify our customer service department at 1-888-404-0020 (M-F from 8:00am-4:00pm CST) and request a return authorization number and address to ship the product to.

Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts.

Returns must be made within 15 days of the ship date. Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier. If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.

Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.
