Our Return Policy:
For drug and alcohol testing products all sales are final:

Drug and alcohol testing devices are regulated by the FDA. Because drug and alcohol testing devices require specific storage requirements, we cannot validate the product once it leaves our warehouse. Therefore, drug and alcohol testing products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.

For other products that are not temperature sensitive: to start a return call our office toll-free at 1-888-404-0020.

If a return is permitted, there will be a restocking fee of 25%.

Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply if you are returning because of an RDI error. Such as an incorrect product was shipped, or the item is defective and arrived in a non-working order.

Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts.

Receiving RDI Products

Please do not write on the product box. Once there is writing on the product box it can no longer be returned to inventory for resale.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
Acceptance of the return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier. If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.

Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment. All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge if accepted. For any questions about a return, please contact our customer service department toll-free at 888-404-0020.

If you feel that your kits are Defective

To help us assist you, provide pictures of the test result window on the device including: test strips, temperature strip, and urine specimen. A picture of the product box label: displaying the Item & lot number. Your images should be as clear as possible.
The manufacturer will want to receive copies of the laboratory confirmation and a brief description from you, as to why the test is not working probably.
