STEP 1




1. Remove Cap.
STEP 3




2. Donor provides Specimen and replaces lid.
STEP 3



3. Technician replaces and secures cap while the cup is on a flat surface.
STEP 5



4. Check cap for tight seal. Technician dates and initials the security seal and places security seal over cap.
STEP 6



5. Read results.



5(a). 1 line in the test area indicates a positive result while 2 lines indicates a negative.
STEP 6



5(b). A photocopy of the results can be made by placing the entire cup with the card face down on the copier.
